At AOCMP 2026, I presented a poster titled “Dosimetric Impact of Interstitial Needles on Organs at Risk Sparing in Hybrid Intracavitary–Interstitial Brachytherapy Using a Universal Gynecological Applicator.”

Building on my previous presentation experience at JSMP (Japan Society of Medical Physics), I focused on presenting key points clearly and concisely within the limited poster space and time. My presentation evaluated the dosimetric impact of interstitial needles on organs at risk (OAR) sparing in hybrid intracavitary–interstitial brachytherapy using a universal gynecological applicator.

The poster session provided a truly valuable opportunity to exchange ideas directly with participants and experts from all over the world. Receiving questions and comments from international researchers offered new perspectives, giving me fresh insights and the strong inspiration unique to an international conference.

Gala Dinner (Cruise Dinner)

The Gala Dinner was held as a cruise dinner. Surrounded by the stunning night view from the ship, we deepened our connections with researchers from various countries in a relaxed atmosphere. It was a wonderful time to experience global networking, filled with lively discussions about research as well as casual conversations about healthcare systems and cultures in different countries.
